Slow ‘N Sear Low Profile Charcoal Basket. Get the same great performance as the original Slow ‘N Sear®, but with a shorter height (charcoal grate to food grating distance) to fit grills like the Weber Summit® Charcoal Grill.

The Slow ‘N Sear® Low Profile, which is specifically designed to contour the interior of the Weber Summit® Charcoal, adds specialized two-zone cooking and high-heat searing functionality to the kamado grill. The charcoal basket is somewhat shorter than a normal Slow ‘N Sear®, yet it still holds a full chimney’s worth of charcoal for hassle-free lengthy cooking and 1000+ degree searing.

The water reservoir is coupled to the Slow ‘N Sear® Low Profile, which comes included with a vented bottom plate for added convenience (non-removable). The Drip ‘N Griddle Pan shown is offered separately.
