A pizza peel is a long handle tool that has a flat paddle at the end. Because the paddle is flat, this allows you to slide it under your pizzas and then slide the pizza off into your oven. Simply spray the peel, let it soak a little then wipe it off. It is also not recommended you cut your pizzas while on the pizza peel. This may damage the surface of your wooden pizza peel.
