The Flaming Coals Gravity Feed Smoker comes standard with 8 heavy-duty stainless steel cooking racks suitable for cooking 16 full-size briskets. There are 20 different height positions available in the Gravity Feed Smoker to allow the user maximum grill placement flexibility. By purchasing additional stainless steel cooking racks, this unit can cook up to 30 racks of pork ribs (10 grills x 3 per grill) 

Another benefit of the Flaming Coals Gravity Fed smoker is that if you don’t want to play around with air vents and dampers, you can automate the temperature control of the oven by attaching an automatic smoker temperature controller. After that, all you need to do is light the fire, dial in your temperature and walk away.
