These Melbourne-based hands-on barbecue classes are for everyone and anyone wanting a jam-packed day full of meat, fire and smoke. It’s an introduction to low and slow barbecue, to cooking with charcoal, briquettes and wood fuelled barbecues. It’s the perfect BBQ masterclass for those who are new to the world of BBQ and even for veterans wanting to build & improve on their existing skills. 
 

Boomas BBQ will guide you through cooking on an array of barbecues and smokers including instruction on fuel setups, lighting procedures as well as management of temperature. Learn from the start how to select the right cuts of meat, how to trim your meat, season, cook and rest the meat.
